Home Inspections

Once you find a home and secure a contract with the seller the next step is a home inspection. You might love the cosmetic look of the home but you need to know that it is safe, sound, and habitable. You should never skip this step even if you are a handy person. It is a very cheap inspection to get ranging from $250-$550. Please keep in mind a home inspection is not a punch list of items you want the seller to fix. It is a report to tell you if the repairs needed on the home are normal/general maintenance items or if there are serious issues with the home.
